Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 10-15 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions:  For seasoning, rub on meat or poultry before cooking. Add as desired to vegetable dishes, soups or casseroles. To make a dip, add 1/4 cup seasoning to 16 oz sour cream. For onion soup, add 1/4 cup mix to 4 cups water (may add more or less for desired taste) in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Makes about 3 1/2 cups soup. To make an au jus sauce, just reduce the water to make a thicker sauce to suit your personal preferences.
