Apply the toner after cleansing with Dr. Barbara Sturm Cleanser. it will remove any traces of make-up, pollution, and other impurities, while will regulate the skin’s delicate pH balance that can be altered even by the alkalinity of tap water. It is suitable for all skin types. The balancing toner helps to reduce the appearance of pores by removing oil build-up, leaving your skin ready to apply Dr. Barbara Sturm Brightening Face Cream.

Instructions For Use
