This is a marked Italian 18kt yellow gold vermeil or overlay over a thick sterling silver flat box chain necklace measuring 24 inches long and weighing a whopping 20.1 grams of silver and is a bit over 4mm wide. The Flat Box Chain necklace was made in the 1970s, has a lobster clasp and is fully marked and in very good +++ used vintage condition.
