How It’s Made: I start with a solid borosilicate glass rod, coating it with vibrant colors. The back edges are coated in ground glass, adding extra color and depth. Thin strips of glass are applied in alternating colors, then heated and manipulated with tweezers to create the undulating movement of the foot. Finally, I add the delicate gills, sensory antennae (rhinophores), and other defining features, bringing this miniature nudibranch to life.
