Delicate, yet dramatic tulle choker collar. Inspired by Elizabethan ruffs, this one is a little softer and less structured. O-ring hardware detail. Fastens with a soft double-faced satin ribbon. Can be worn with ribbon in front (shown) or back.
Silver-toned nickel plated steel hardware.
Shown in black vegan leather.
