HOT ! TrolMaster Hydro-X Sensor

The TrolMaster Hydro-X environmental control system uses a variety of sensors designed to monitor temperature, humidity, light spectrum, CO, water, flood, and smoke. Based on each growers’ needs, these can be used with the Hydro-X and Hydro-X Pro environmental controllers.

Temperature & Humidity – MBS-Pro: This 4-in-1 sensor is compatible with Hydro-X Pro Controller and combines precision air temperature, humidity, CO, and photocell. the MBS-Pro can be placed in multiple locations throughout the growing space providing spot measurements from multiple sensors. These can be used together (averaged) or separately to control specific sections of the growing space by assigning a sensor to a specific control device. Also features a built-in LCD display for simple on-site monitoring.

Light Spectrum – MBS-PAR: This sensor provides a cost-effective measurement of photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) from all sources of grow light. A full-spectrum quantum sensor, it has a range of 389 to 692 nm with ± 5nm. It can be used with the Hydro-X controller to automatically increase or decrease the output level of grow lighting systems for maintaining a precise lighting level (PPFD).

CO Sensor – MBS-S8: This is an optional sensor compatible with the Hydro-X to measure the CO PPM within the grow space. It can be used to connect and control a supplemental CO system when used in combination with one or more DCS-1 device modules.

Water Detector & Touch Spot Flood Alert – WD-2: The water detector 2 provides water on the floor and leak detection in your growing area. You can use up to 5 water detectors with the Hydro-X controller and receive a user-alert notification.

Smoke Detector – MBS-SD: This optional smoke detector will alert you to smoke inside your growing space at all times. Up to 5 smoke detectors can be connected to a single Hydro-X controller, alerting you to any smoke in the area with a user-alert on your smartphone.
