Wrap area in plastic wrap to trap heat and protect clothes. After approximately 45 minutes, remove plastic wrap and massage remaining gel into skin. Drink 3 to 4 liters of water after wrap session.Results can be seen immediately after wrap and will improve by the next day as the body flushes out toxins.
