A big, bold bear pendant. The sterling silver animal is engraved with gorgeous, graphic Navajo designs. The bear is pretty adorable, with an arched back and a sweet, innocent expression on his face. The large decorative bale is hinged. This pendant is three dimensional; the decorative front is curved like a tubby bear tummy and the back is flat. This piece is signed \"RS\" for Navajo silversmith Roger Skeet. The Native American bear symbol represents strength, family, vitality courage and health, and it appears Skeet made a variety of them. Circa 1990.
Details.....The pendant measures 2.54\" by 1.69\", 2.97\" with bale. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should expect some wear on all vintage and antique jewels, we consider it to be a part of their charm.
