Sublimation Instructions - Manufacturer recommended settings: Heat Press Setting- Heating temperature: 356, Time: 50 seconds; Oven Settings- Heating temperature 356, Time 3-4 minutes. Please note these are the recommended settings but will vary based on your heat press/oven
