This one-of-a-kind tumbler is the result of a collaboration between two of Japan’s most respected traditional crafts: the centuries-old metalworking techniques of Tsubame in Niigata Prefecture and the vibrant coloring expertise of a Takaoka-based workshop in Toyama, known for its copperware.

Born from the idea of combining the high functionality of stainless steel with the rich, expressive hues of Takaoka copperware, the project took two years of development. 

Each marbled pattern is applied entirely by hand, inspired by the textures and movements of nature. No two pieces are ever alike.
