The Virgilio Rug is a 100% handmade piece, crafted with hand-spun, hand-dyed Argentine wool using the flat weave technique.The weft-faced weaving technique, where the denser weft threads hide the warp, gives each rug a unique texture and design.

It’s a textile adaptation of the artwork “Virgilio” (2017-2018) by Juan Stoppani & Jean Yves Legavre. Woven by artisans in Argentina with traditional weft-faced techniques, this rug features intricate patterns in rich, geometric and organic designs.
