Our NW8 cut has a curved waistband, allowing the back to sit higher than the front, offering additional support and comfort. This cut is wider through the leg than the E8, making it the perfect classic taper. 

This cut is suitable for all body shapes, especially those who want a classic jean that can be dressed up or down.

Modern tailoring innovation makes this a durable lifelong pair of jeans. This version is in a new 14.5oz \'Stay Black\' Italian selvedge denim from Candiani.  Rinsed for a softer comfortable fit, perfect for everyday wear.

• 14.5oz  \'Stay Black\' selvedge denim woven in Italy by Candiani Mills from 100% organic cotton gently woven on 60\'s shuttle looms


• Classic red selvedge line 


• Pocket bags are made of 10oz cotton twill from Turkey


• BLA-branded nickel buttons and standard rivets produced by YKK


• Leather patches come from JT Batchelor Ltd in Hackney, sourced from Somerset UK and Belgium


• Black dyed vegetable-tanned leather patches are cut and stamped by hand in our factory; plates made by Metallic Elephant in Essex and cutter made by local Steve


• Locally screenprinted pockets, signed off by maker with style, size and mill


• Labels are woven in Wales by GB Labels


• Recycled denim swing tags are pressed by our neighbour Baddeley Brothers(compost them)


• The swing tag twine is hemp, so can be composted or reused
