These vintage kilims are the VERY rugs that inspired Swedish rug designers of the mid-century modern movement and who were strong followers of Bauhaus design...and, as a result, were and still are sought after by top tier decorators all over the world.
Vintage Anatolian kilim rug from western Turkey of Ephesus region.. Bohemian eclectic colorful embroidered wool kilim rug. This is wool and goat hair.
The colors are pale pink, dark brown , gray, blush, mauve, tan, deep red, pops of green, red, blue, and purple with classic cicim symbols throughout.
Professionally cleaned, blocked and restored.
