Warranty

Berlin Gardens\'s warranty covers manufacturing defects; normal wear and tear is not included. With a little bit of care, your furniture will outlive the warranty for many years.

• Poly Lumber: Berlin Gardens warrants that its outdoor furniture products will be free of original defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 20 years (residential use) or 5 years (commercial use) from the date of purchase.


• Cushions: Cushions are warranted to be free of original defects in workmanship and material for a period of 1 year (residential use) from the original date of purchase. Sunbrella® fabric carries a 5 year fade warranty from the manufacturer.

Care and Maintenance

Poly Lumber: Use this method for quick clean-ups throughout the season. Add in the bleach solution noted below to easily sanitize and eliminate any stubborn stains or dirt build-up from the winter months. All you need to clean Polywood is mild dish soap, warm water, and a soft cloth! For extra cleaning power or to sanitize, mix 1/3 parts bleach with 2/3 parts water and apply the bleach mixture to the finish with a clean cloth. Allow the bleach solution to sit on the lumber for a few minutes; it will not affect the color of the lumber. Loosen any dirt or debris that may catch in the surface grooves of the lumber by scrubbing the bleach mixture with a soft-bristle brush. Rinse thoroughly, and air dry or wipe dry with a soft cloth.Cushions & Outdoor Fabric: Regular cleaning with mild soap and water will help prevent the build-up of dirt, which can generate mildew. Simply spot-treat stains with mild soap and water, rinse, and allow the fabric to air dry. Cushions will dry much faster when removed from the frames and placed on their sides or edges. During harsh weather and extreme temperatures, we recommend storing the cushions in a shed or garage and covering the frames with protective covers. If you store the frames indoors during the winter, avoid storing them upside down, which can trap moisture.
