We warmly recommend all clients book a private 1:1 consultation with our expert team before placing a customised wig order. This exclusive two-hour session is a fully personalised experience, designed to explore your vision in detail — whether you\'re creating a bespoke wig from scratch or considering our \'Try Before You Buy\' option.

During your appointment, we’ll take precise head measurements and walk you through cap constructions, styles, lengths, densities, cuts, and colour options to ensure the final design is a flawless match for both comfort and confidence. 

To secure your appointment, a £60 deposit is required. While this deposit is non-refundable, it will be deducted from the total cost should you proceed with your order. This is your moment to feel truly understood — and we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

As part of our commitment to safety and exclusivity, no wig designs are stored in our studio overnight. They are only brought in for scheduled sessions.
