1. Is each piece really one-of-a-kind?Yes. Every RECLAIM piece is made by hand from reclaimed, story-rich materials.

No two are ever the same - and I don’t repeat the same material combinations twice. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

2. What kind of leather do you use?We work exclusively with lovingly restored horse tack - much of it from my own family’s thoroughbred racehorses and polo ponies.These pieces were once part of a working life: reins, bridles, saddle straps.

When they become worn or obsolete, we bring them back to life; Softening the leather, preserving its character, and honouring its past.

Every RECLAIM piece carries that legacy of care, strength, and rebirth.

3. How long will it take to arrive?We ship within 3 working days, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times vary by country - you’ll receive tracking as soon as it leaves the island.

If you need it urgently, just WhatsApp me and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

4. Can I see more photos or videos of the piece?Of course. Just message me via WhatsApp or email, and I’ll send additional images, videos, or even show you the piece live from the studio.

5. What fits inside?Each product description includes dimensions, but if you’d like a visual reference (e.g. “Will my MacBook fit?” or “Is this a day-to-night bag?”), I’m happy to help - just reach out.

6. What if I change my mind?RECLAIM pieces are made with intention  and I want you to feel connected to yours.

If it’s not right, you have 14 days from receiving the piece to return it in original condition.

7. Do you do custom orders?Yes - we offer a bespoke service.

Custom pieces typically carry a 50% surcharge on the price of the model you\'re considering.
