The SCANPAN Coppernox 33 x 24 x 6cm (external 42 x 26 x 10cm) roasting pan features a premium mirror-polished 18/10 stainless steel body and cast stainless steel handles with soft-touch, stay-cool silicone inserts. The base construction includes an impact-bonded copper wedge surrounded by two layers of aluminium and stainless steel for rapid, even heat distribution and control.

This durable roaster is suitable for all stovetops except induction and is oven safe up to 220°C.

Maintenance and Care:

Before First UseWash in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush. Do not use harsh scourers.

Routine CleaningAfter cooking, allow the pan to cool before cleaning. Remove all food and fat residue using hot soapy water and a nylon brush or cloth. Avoid high heat to prevent heat tinting or streak marks.To remove discolouration, mix 2 tablespoons of bicarb soda with water to create a paste. Apply with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse.

Although dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended to extend product life. For best results, use SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner for an “as new” finish.
