Designed by Chef Keller in collaboration with Hestan, this saucier is made with triple-bonded stainless steel for increased heat conductivity. A bespoke handle is designed with a unique heat vent to reduce heat transfer, fit comfortably in your hand, and attach seamlessly to the base to eliminate the tough-to-clean crevice. Wider rather than taller, the Thomas Keller Insignia Stainless Steel Saucier features a larger cooking surface ideal for flavor building. Handcrafted in Italy, this sealed-rim saucier is dishwasher, oven, and broil safe up to 600°F and induction capable. As with all Thomas Keller Insignia® Cookware, this piece is packaged in recycled materials and has a lifetime warranty.
