The 44 inch Tip Top by Modern Forms is a smart ceiling fan in matte white finish with matte white blades. It has a silent DC motor, an aluminum housing and a 3 blade designs suitable for outdoor and indoor use. The Tip Top is a small and compact ceiling fan. An excellent solution for small spaces, such as bathrooms, closets, hallways, balconies, porches and more! This small fan can be used outdoors because it is UL listed for Wet locations.
The Tip Top can operated via wall panel, Modern Forms app or with smart home devices (including Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, ecobee, Nest). Reversible with the included remote, optional wall control, or Modern Forms App.
