FAQs

Can I use it on high-pile, plush area rugs and carpets?Not really. The floor head included with this model is not a dedicated carpet tool and, therefore, is best suited to low-pile, flat rugs and carpets. 

Can it handle pet hair?Some. If a low-shedding pet, and if most of the pet hair is on bare floors and not on carpets.
