Reston Lloyd is pleased to launch their new line of Eurita clay pot cookers. The Eurita brand celebrates the company founder; Rita Bolle, who founded Reston Lloyd five decades ago. Reston Lloyd’s first clay pot cooker was called Schlemmertopf and featured an appetizing brick oven motif. The new line features not only the brick oven design but comes in large useful sizes. The roaster comes with an unglazed lid that is soaked in water before use. During the cooking process, this absorbed water is released in the form of steam. This steaming method of cooking will ensure your food is tender as well as infused with all-natural flavors. The bottom section was coated with a glass frit glaze which benefits users with a quick clean-up. The lid motif features a baked turkey, vegetables, fish, and loaf of bread. Hand wash with regular dish soap suggested. Use in a microwave oven or regular oven up to 500°F. Proudly made in Portugal.
