Features
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Anise (Pimpinella anisum), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Cornflower blossoms (Centaurea cyanus)
Place 1 teaspoon of loose leaf in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk. Drink 2-3 cups daily.
