• To make a delicious cup of coffee, plate two or three scoops of medium to course grind coffee in the bottom of the pitcher and fill it with almost boiling water. Place the lid on with the plunger raised. After a few minutes, slowly press the plunger down all the way. Pour coffee gently. Makes four medium sized cups. For best flavor, avoid using finely ground coffee. Pitcher is dishwasher safe and the knob may be unscrewed from the lid so the lid can go in the dishwasher.
