The Large Ribbon Bag pairs playful design with everyday practicality. Crafted in England from supple Italian vegetable-tanned leather, its darted, sculptural silhouette offers generous space while remaining lightweight and easy to wear.

The folded leather strap threads through tubular loops at the sides and ties at each end, adding a distinctive, knotted detail. Inside and out, patch pockets provide handy storage for smaller essentials. Finished with a hidden magnetic closure and silver-coloured Italian brass hardware.

CARE

This is made from a vegetable-tanned leather, a natural material that will age with time to create a beautiful patina. Some colours of vegetable-tanned leather - notably lighter and brighter ones, change more noticeably over time. To help prolong its original colour, try to keep it our of direct sunlight where possible and store in a dust bag when not in use. This is due to the natural process of dying using plant based tannins, rather than harmful chemicals. We don’t see this as a flaw - it is all part of the bags unique ageing process and charm. Please note darker colours may transfer onto light colours.   Vegetable tanned leather is full of character and depending on which part of the skin a bag is cut from, each one will be slightly different in texture, and beautifully unique. We recommend keeping your bag looking fresh by occasionally treating it with leather food, to moisturise and protect.  Contact us if you would like advice on what to use for a particular leather.
