TURN AROUND TIME IS 2-3 WEEKS

 **Due to limited amounts of colors and sizes, we will be unable to make any changes to your order once its placed. **

* Images contrast differently, based on the color of cup you choose. We do our best to display our designs on different colors so you can see what the engraving will look like on your color of choice. Images with small details such as our Anime designs or with small faces engrave best on light colors. Choosing a dark color will make the image look more like a negative. Please be aware that because we engrave each cup individually and we have different brands, sizes and styles, design images, sizes and locations may vary slightly than what is shown on our design page.

* Personalizing:  Due to having to move around or resize images, the location for the text will need to be determined by us. Font will be in Vladimir Script or of a font that fits with the theme of the cup. We will begin showcasing locations on our designs, as they are made so everyone can see where the name will go.

* Cup Quality: We do our best to choose the best cups available when we purchase our inventory. With that being said, please be aware that it\'s possible, your cup may come with imperfections from the manufacturer, as well as some lids that may not line up in a certain direction, or your desired preference. These are beyond our control since we do not manufacture the cup we just engrave them.

* Care: Even though some of our tumblers/ bottles say dishwasher safe, we advise they be hand washed, to ensure the continued quality of the design.  Do NOT use abrasives while washing, since it can cause damage to the design. Cups are NOT microwave safe

* Lid removal and tightening: When removing or tightening the cups lid, hold by the cup body or by base of the cup. Avoid using the handle when tightening or loosening the lid. Holding by the handle will cause the handle to get loose and eventually could cause the handle to break off from the cup.
